Absolutely delightful location with access to water (if one is willing to scramble a bit and walk through standard Maine rock/seaweed/mud except at high tide). Host was extremely friendly and responsive. Minor maintenance issues (one outside step was broken, the stove ignition was erratic) But they were simple to work around or avoid. Very good chance we would go back, the only real hesitation we have is that the place is very echoey and we had three noisy children. Ear plugs or noise machines are helpful for sound sleep.
