Why they chose this property
This is simply an awesome location. Its right at the beach, and it's the most quiet and safe beach in the area in my opinion. We are closed off street, we have Season Police Patrol ( that means, there is a Police Patrol at the street and the beach from End of May till the beginning of September ) we have plenty of parking area, and of course we are close to everything. You can walk to Amusement Park and Water Park ( is walking distance ) and the Henry Hudson Trail ( you can walk or bike there ) and so much more than just a beach with Volleyball and Views of Entire City Sky Line from Jersey City to Manhattan , Verrazano Bridge all the way to Coney Island. And if you want to drive around you can visit Sandy Hook, Bell Works Mall and tons of surrounding parks like " Deep Cut Gardens " , " Tatum Park " and so much more.
What makes this property unique
Its right at the beach, and it's the most quiet and safe beach in the area in my opinion. We are closed off street, we have Season Police Patrol ( that means, there is a Police Patrol at the street and the beach from End of May till the beginning of September ) we have plenty of parking area, and of course we are close to everything. That being said, its a perfect spot for family getaway.
