The room was clean, the kitchen was stocked with some basics, the bed was clean and comfortable. The place overall is quite small, back off of an alley "street." It was an ok place to sleep, but not a great place to hang out/spend time. Proximity to 4th Street with restaurants was good.
Located blocks from many restaurants and the free city trolley. Hardly used our car. Would stay there again.

The unit was clean. We didn't receive check in instructions until an hour before we arrived. They were very specific on where we should park. There is only 1 spot for this unit. If you have a large car, you won't fit. We dropped our suitcases, went out and returned late that evening and found someone had parked in our spot. Tried to reach the host, but couldn't reach them. We ended up parking in the driveway (we were told not to in the instructions) but there were no other options. The next day, no word from host, car was still in our spot. We again had to park in the driveway. We were never contacted by the host, we had to worry about our car being towed the whole weekend. I would not want to put myself in this situation again, so we won't be returning.
