The rental unit is in excellent condition. Everything needed for a beach vacation. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen has everything to make meals, and the pool is lovely and clean.Marilyn was easily available to answer any questions.
Host was welcoming, clean and easy access to restaurants. Lived in this town for 25 years and still enjoy returning to see this little beach town. Thank you!
Although I broke my arm the morning we were arriving. we really enjoyed our stay. The pool was clean and had a step I could sit on. We had a view of the ocean. Restaurants were close and we enjoyed them.
The perfect location steps away from the beach shops and restaurants. Quiet location. Great for families, by yourself or even a couple. We'll definitely be staying here again!
It was a nice little get away to the beach. Plenty of places to eat near by. Parking is Alittle tight. But found a spot even with the construction going on and road work being done
Although the condo was just one block off of A1A and during bike week, we found the location quiet and private. It was in great shape and central to everything we wanted to do in Flagler Beach.
This condo was very nicely appointed with quality touches such as crown molding and wall decor -- very homey. There was no oven, but the microwave offers convection baking and roasting options. Not all the dishes are microwave safe, so be sure to check. Ceiling fans in all 3 rooms helped keep the place comfortable when the enthusiastic central air conditioning became too much. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom offered a large shower (no tub) with a very efficient exhaust fan. But beware -- the fan is quite loud and comes on automatically with the over-sink lighting, not with the shower light; we found the noise annoying after awhile. But were were grateful that at no time did the bathroom steam up!Plenty of bathroom towels were on hand, along with beach towels, some beach chairs, and lots of cleaning supplies. There was only one kitchen towel, so if you plan to do a lot of dishes (no dishwasher), you might consider bringing one or two.Although this condo building was enclosed with a courtyard pool in the center, this end unit did offer a bit of an ocean view. However, when we sat down at the outdoor table provided, the view was obliterated by the railing! A high-top table and chairs would alleviate that.Overall, we loved this place and would rent it again. The host was responsive and friendly, too. We highly recommend Flagler Beach Paradise.
This condo is 1 block to the beach, and 1-5 blocks from various restaurants, bars, etc. Super convenient and close to so much. We did not need to move the car unless we had to go "over the bridge" to Flagler/Palm Coast.
Only downside is parking. There is currently no reserved parking for this condo, or any others within the complex (11 units total).
The upsides, though, are many. The owners are very prompt to respond to questions. We had one issue and they were there within a few hours to address, completely to our satisfaction.
The condo is clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Things I typically bring (hand soap, dish liquid, shampoo/conditioner, garbage bags, paper towels) were provided.
Note there is a 4-burner cook top, but no oven. This unit is on the 2nd floor.
Couch in the living room pulls out into a sleeper, but we didn't use it as such. We did use it for lounging and watching movies, and it was very comfortable and furnished with colorful throw pillows.
If you're looking for someplace for two people, I would definitely recommend this unit. There is a small sitting area with 4 chairs and a table on the deck just outside the front door.
Thank you to our hosts for a wonderful experience!! :-)
