This Private air conditioned studio is located on a newly remodeled ocean view estate, within walking distance to some of Maui's best restaurants, shops and beaches in the historic plantation town of Pa'ia. The property offers stunning views of both the ocean and Haleakala. Baldwin Beach and Pa'ia Bay's powdery white sands and crystal blue waters are a short walk away, and once seen you will know why they have been voted some of the worlds best beaches. The Studio has tile floors, king size bed, queen size leather sofa sleeper, new fixtures, dinning table, and custom tile shower / bathroom. Enjoy the privacy and tranquility of our park like yard with a variety of tropical fruits + flowers to pick. There is a hot tub and BBQ area as well. We offer secured off street parking ,free high speed WiFi, laundry facilities, beach gear and all linens are provided.

We chose this property due to it's proximity to the coolest beach town on Maui. Very conveniently located a short walk to town and the beach. Paia Town is the place to be in Maui. It's a one of a kind town. There is nothing like it in the state of Hawaii. Maui has the best of everything Hawaii has to offer and Paia is a Magical little town. You can walk from our property to some of the best restaurants, shops and the #1 organic food store on Maui. We are next door to Maui Yoga Shala and organic cafe and a short walk to world class beaches. We are only 15 min drive from Kahului airport and a 20 minute drive to the waterfalls / rainforest. Paia is centrally located and a great place to start all your island adventures from. You can drive to most everywhere on island in less than an hour.

Many kinds of tropical flowers and herb garden. We provide beach gear, purified drinking water, secured off street parking, laundry facilities, hot tub, and fast wifi.
