About this property

Gingerbread House-Less than a mile from Paia town and all North Shore beaches

This unique and romantic two story, one bedroom house is nestled in a mango tree. The house is an A-frame structure with high ceilings and skylights making it bright and airy. It is located less than a mile from the bohemian town of Paia and ALL of the North Shore beaches. The closest beach access is Kuau Beach, Kuau point, three blocks, and Hookipa Beach less than a mile.
The second floor bedroom has a queen size bed with French doors that open up to the private lanai and a window AC unit.The main floor has a living area with a full size futon/couch, a full kitchen and a marble tile bathroom with a jetted tub and shower combination. You can see just a small sliver of ocean from the second floor lanai, but we do not call it an ocean view. There is a patio just outside the house, with an outdoor grill, outdoor shower to remove the sand from your day at the beach and your own private parking area.

Both houses sit on the same property, in the middle of all the North Shore beaches, less than a mile from the adorable bohemian town of Paia. Poni, the owner, is a musician, singer-song writer, home owner, and lover of nature, and Poni shares her business with her son Corey who is also the owner of the Maui Kite Riders Kite surfing school in Kahului.
