Just two blocks from Central Avenue and a short walk to the waterfront. You will have free on-street parking with a guest parking pass. Along with everything you can enjoy in Downtown. This location is also in close proximity to the interstate with easy access to Sarasota, Tampa and the theme parks!

- Only confirmed guests are allowed in the unit.
- Not suitable for children under 12
- Please no shoes in the condo.
- Exterior security cameras are for management purposes only.
- Animals are not allowed at this property for any reason.
- Please refrain from frying fish or cooking other pungent foods during your stay.
- No smoking policy is strictly enforced: A Fee of $300 will be assessed if a smell of smoke of any kind is detected inside the condo upon departure.
- Failure to return the parking pass or property keys will result in extra charges ($100 for the pass) ($35 for the keys)
- Late check out for longer than 15 minutes without permission will result in a fee of 1/2 the nightly rate. If more than one hour, a fee of 1 nights rental will be charged.
