Right by Bishops Beach in a quaint and exclusive neighborhood. This is the ultimate Alaskan getaway: half mile from Homer Farmers Market, walking distance to the Spit and the center of downtown Homer. Full size brand new house built from mix use materials. Full size kitchen, two refrigerators, gas stove and oven, dishwasher, top of the line microwave. Plenty of space to share with two traveling couples, or a group of friends. Each bathroom is provided with towels, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. One of the bedroom has a modest sleeper sofa included. The large sofa in the living room is large enough to sleep two on the couch, but it does not fold out to a bed. We look forward to travelers from all parts of the world who are respectful and courteous to the beauty and harmony Alaska has to offer. This home has ocean views and a very spacious front yard.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this place. It was spacious andloved the contemporary look. We wish we had planned to stay longer to take advantage of all of the amenities.
The stay at Oyster lady house was fabulous. It is in a quiet, off the beaten path, neighborhood. Centrally located. very updated. Suvi was an excellent host. This is a duplex, but it definitely isn’t a bother Would recommend!
An outstanding property. Beautifully designed modern accomodations with charm. Very, very clean. Everything as advertised and beyond. Appliances and bathroom in tip top condition. Exceptionally good bed linens and comforters. Would absolutely stay there again. This is truly what a VRBO should be.

We very much enjoyed your stay and look forward to your return visit! Excellent guests.
Suvi was so very flexible and responsive to our questions. She provided good suggestions about where to shop and eat and they were right on the money. The accommodations were just as advertised on VRBO. And Homer added some entertainment and laughs. Just wish I would have been able to see some Moose!!. ;-). We would definitely stay here again when traveling to Homer!!
Our family visits Homer at least once every summer. This is our first time staying at the Oyster Lady’s Beach house. We loved this property. The location coulodn't be better. It is conveniently located close to downtown, the spit and the beach yet has a quiet peaceful setting. We had sandhill cranes land in the yard as well as a moose and two calves laying in the yard while we were there. They did an amazing job of creating a unique property using shipping containers and lots of windows. We loved everything about it and intend to return whenever we visit Homer again. Clean, convenient, cool, quiet, perfect!
Suvi built and designed this home with a lot of love and it shows. The wood on the walls and floors— you just don’t see that kind of natural perfection these days. But she did it, and she did it with shipping containers. Bravo, and to others that get to experience this place, spend time in it relaxing. Get comfy. Homer is a place to slow down and see.
