The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Separate cardboard from recyclables. Glass & plastics are separate from trash. Put out trash and unused food. Empty refrigerator of your foods Pull used sheets off corners of beds
Wash and dry dishes and return them to the cupboard Check for your laundry, shoes under beds, chargers, GLP-1 syringes etc. Leave heat on (68 degrees) or AC (75 degrees) Put used towels in the tub
Please do not flush any products in the toilet except human waste and toilet paper. Please let me know if light bulbs or anything was not working Lock up Return key to lock box. Safe travels!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If you smoke inside we will charge you $75 for extra cleaning.
Never leave any sharps or syringes anywhere. We are providing a SHARPS container in the bathroom . Fine is $150 These are medical waste .

Auburn is my birth place and my mother's birth place. We have been a part of Auburn since the early 1900's when it was a hopping place with lots of factories. My grandmother and grandfather came from Poland and ended up in Auburn for work about 1920.

Why they chose this property

I chose this house because it was the perfect size, cute and in a quiet, good neighborhood. I stay here myself in the spring and fall.

What makes this property unique

The house is uncluttered with plenty of amenities. It is easy to clean and to care for when we are visiting. I like the neighborhood and we can park anything in the driveway. There is a private backyard we like to sit in and relax in the evenings.
