Located just minutes from the historic town of Seneca Falls, Cayuga Lake Wine & Beer Trail, artisanal restaurants, Del Lago Casino and more!

*Please note: there is some walking required to get to the beach. The Guesthouse is 800 feet from water edge. The Cottage is 400 feet to the Guest house. While the path is meticulously cared for and an easy slope down, we want to make sure that guests are aware and able to traverse this distance.

Liability Waiver:
You understand that swimming, hiking and the use of kayaks is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming, hiking and using the kayaks. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, hiking and use of the kayaks and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, hiking and the use of kayaks may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, hiking or using the kayaks if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, hikes or uses the kayaks while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, hiking or using the kayaks. All Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host.

Set off Route 89, enjoy a meandering lakefront scenic route as you explore the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail and the historic area of Seneca Falls, NY.
Although Uber and Lyft are in the area, it may be hit or miss. Please reach out if you'd like recommendations for a wine trail driver.
Guests have complete and private access to both The Guesthouse and The Cottage. Guests have a designated walking path to the private beach, that will be used only by guests. Please respect the privacy of the long-term tenants in the third house. There is plenty of room, but please respect the "private property signs". Follow the trail to the Guest beach by looking for the yellow arrows and mowed path.
This lakefront property provides two separate rental homes; The Guesthouse and The Cottage. Perfect for large groups friends or families, we can accommodate up to 20. The Guesthouse has 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and just went through extensive renovations. The second story living area boasts a gorgeous deck with panoramic lake views. A walking path will take you down to the lake shore. It is an easy walk, but it is about 800ft to the private beach. The Cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a washer and dryer, and can sleep 8 with the pull-out sofa. The cottage is about 400ft from the Guesthouse, follow an easy walking path to join your crew at the Guesthouse or beach.
While we do have a third home that is used for long-term rentals onsite, we ask all tenants and guests to respect each other’s privacy and quiet enjoyment of the property.
