The Space:

Sunlight filters through multiple living spaces as the day begins, with the sound of the nearby Gulf setting an easy rhythm for your stay. Mornings can start with coffee on a covered balcony, afternoons drift between poolside breaks and beach time, and evenings gather everyone back together across three spacious floors designed for connection and comfort.



The space

Seagrove Palace is a three-story, 10-bedroom home in Santa Rosa Beach created for large groups who want room to spread out while still sharing the experience. An in-home elevator connects all levels, making it easy to move between living areas, bedrooms, and outdoor spaces. With three separate living rooms, there’s always a place to relax, play, or unwind at your own pace.



Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to 32 guests across 10 bedrooms, each thoughtfully placed for privacy. Eight king suites feature ensuite bathrooms, offering quiet retreats after full beach days. Two bunk rooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, sleep eight guests apiece and are well suited for kids, teens, or group-style sleeping. A half bath is located on the first floor for added convenience.



Kitchen and gathering spaces

The first floor centers around a gourmet kitchen designed for group meals and shared moments. A gas range, ice machine, and ample prep space make it easy to cook for a crowd, while the adjacent dining area and living room encourage lingering conversations. Additional living areas on the second and third floors provide flexibility, including a game room with a pool table and foosball for friendly competition.



Outdoor living

Step into the private backyard where a swimming pool, waterfall, and hot tub create a relaxing backdrop throughout the day. Pool heat is available seasonally by request from October through May for an additional fee. The grilling station and outdoor seating make the space ideal for casual evenings after the beach. Covered balconies on the upper floors offer breezy spots to pause and take in the coastal air.



Amenities and convenience

The home includes WiFi, a dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, and self check-in with a smart lock. Beach essentials are provided for easy trips to the shore, and a 6-passenger golf cart is included to make getting around the area simple. Free parking is available on the premises.



Location

Located in Santa Rosa Beach along 30A, the home is a short walk or golf cart ride - about five minutes - from the beach. Its setting places you near Seaside and Rosemary Beach, with access to local restaurants, shops, galleries, and outdoor experiences throughout South Walton County.



Important notes

This is a no pet or animal home. Pool heat is seasonal and available by request for a nightly fee. Use of the golf cart requires completion of an e-sign waiver.

• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

- A golf cart is available at the property for guest use by our 3rd party rental partner, Destin Florida Golf Cart Rentals, LLC. You agree to complete a waiver document regarding the use and liability of the golf cart which will be completed with Destin Florida Golf Cart Rentals, LLC provided by QR code listed at the property and in your check-in details, prior to the release of the cart access activation code.
