We stayed for 7 nights at this property. Here are the Pros and Cons as we see them: Pros: Host was quick to reply to communications. The property was clean, and the mattress in the main bedroom was comfortable. Good living room set up with lots of seating. Neighborhood was fine and back yard was nice, complete with BBQ (we used) and fire pit (we didn’t). Cons: Kitchen had a lot of pots and pans, but most were damaged. Not enough of some dinnerware and flatware, and no casserole or baking pans. Crockpot was very dirty. Owner apologized when we complained about the kitchen. The house is very close to 303 Loop, but that was made clear in the listing. You can hear it if you use the backyard and in the main bedroom. There was no info in the house or on website for how to run the thermostat, what items get recycled (which varies by area), or checkout instructions (which were sent to us an hour before check-out).
