Cozy Mt. Crested Butte Condo, Walking Distance to Slopes! Hot Tub!

This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has been completely renovated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, new flooring and updated furnishings throughout. The location of this condo is as close to ski in ski out as you can get. A quick walk brings you to the free shuttle bus down to the town of Crested Butte and all the base area activities. The deck gives you beautiful views of Mt. Crested Butte!

Bedrooms as follows: [1] King bed with private bathroom, [2] Queen bed and 1 Twin Bunk Bed

Book through Peak Property Management and Sales and receive special discounts for ski and snowboard rentals through Christy Sports and Black Tie Ski Rentals!

A hot tub and sauna are a wonderful plus after a great day of skiing or biking. The main base area is a short walk from the condo. NOTE: The hot tub and sauna will be closed Sept 30 - Nov 26 for fall maintenance.

PARKING: 1 outdoor parking space available. Pass will be provided.

**We require one of two options for you regarding damage protection. We recommend you purchase damage protection for $55. This covers you for up to $3,000 in damages that could occur to the property during your stay. Or you can choose to pay a $1000 refundable damage deposit. When booking directly online please let us know in the notes which option you would like.**

First time in CB

We had never been to Crested Butte before, and we were not disappointed! The condo was in a great location to get to hikes, and was in a quiet spot where we could relax on the deck and watch the incredible beauty surrounding us. We had 5 adults stay very comfortably in the clean and we stocked condo. We would be happy to stay again!

Great Home Base for a Crested Butte Adventure

Walking distance to the lifts, easy access to public circulators that took us to and from town for dinner, and everything you need for comfortable stay. Not to mention the fresh snow!Mackenzie and team were accommodating and responsive. Will be back!

Good location

Had a great stay! Condo is functional with well stocked kitchen and has updated furnishings. It is located in an older bldg. (ponderosa) that is a great location but could use some updating.

Great location and property but noisy above

Everything was great but during our stay we had two different groups with kids who would run around the upstairs unit above us. Not the end of the world as we have a 9yr old but apparently the other family’s don’t control their kids.

Condo in Crested Butte

This condo was as described. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the board games that are in the unit. The condo is relatively close to the lift and for the most part the walk is flat, slightly uphill on the way back from the slopes. Cons: The walls are extremely thin. We could hear every step the people in the unit above took as well as their conversations. Thankfully they were not partying at night and there were no issues with the noise during sleep hours. The other issue was the upper parking lot was not plowed well and the melting snow created a good 3” puddle in front of the entrance to the building that couldn’t be avoided. I did call about this issue but the property management couldn’t do anything about it since it is the HOA responsibility. Luckily we realized that we could move our car to the lower parking lot and use the second entry. The wood fireplace can’t be used to burn wood. You can only use a purchased starter log. This was a big bummer for us as that is one thing we enjoy.

Thanks for taking the time to review, Melissa! Yes, the fireplace only allows duraflame logs in it. Springtime in the Rockies means melting snow does create puddles. You will see them all over town.
