Waterfront living at its finest. Beautiful and spacious home with private pool with spa, sun ledge, bar stool seating, ledges for your drink of choice and sun loungers to enjoy the views. Relax and have fun with the entire family (no additional charge to heat pool and/or spa). Enclosed Lanai with new dining table and patio set. Private Boat dock on the canal and access to open water within 2 blocks.
All 4 bedrooms have king size beds. Three twin blow up mattresses available. In house washer and dryer.
The location is convenient to many popular restaurants.

My family and I stayed at Terry’s gorgeous house! It was the perfect place to relax and unwind! Very spacious and clean, a stunning pool and the perfect hot tub to end the night! It’s conveniently located to many restaurants and so many fun family activities! Terry is a wonderful host, very accommodating and responsive. I would highly recommend staying here-my family and I will be back!

Had so much fun at our stay here! Worked perfect with our family having such a spacious layout, screened lanai but an open air pool! Kids loved the sundeck in the pool to play and jump off. Able to make many yummy dinners in the awesome kitchen. So nice, fresh and clean - will definitely be coming back. Thanks!

Our stay at this canal-front home was nothing short of amazing! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The highlight was definitely the pool area — we spent hours lounging by the water, enjoying the sunshine, and hanging out in the lanai.The location couldn’t have been better — peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to restaurants, shops, and beaches. We also loved being able to fish right from the dock and take in the gorgeous sunsets every evening.The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure our stay was perfect from start to finish. You can really tell they’ve thought of every little detail to make guests feel welcome.We can’t wait to come back — this home truly captures the best of Cape Coral living! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, waterfront escape.
