David’s house was just as described and pictured in the listing. He was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We stayed in Helen for a week and did several day trips from there. The location, Innsbruck, was wonderful as most of our travel took us the opposite direction from all the downtown traffic. Will definitely return to this property next time we’re in town:)

The only thing negative I can say is the pool is very small and every day there were large groups of people monopolizing the pool. Otherwise the house was great. Plenty of supplies and close to Anna Ruby falls, Unicoi State Park, and Hiawassee.

Villa enchanted

We truly enjoyed our stay! Perfect location, great views and super cozy. We felt right at home and loved that we could bring our dogs. They had everything we could possibly need and even had sweet welcome basket with snacks, treats and wine! Thank you for a beautiful weekend getaway!

Cousin Camp

This house was perfect for our yearly Cousin Camp trip.Big bunk room was perfect for the grandkids. We enjoyed the large patio and hot tub and the accommodations couldn’t have been nicer. We also accidentally left a bag with some personal items in it and the owner was gracious enough to mail it back to us

Great Place In a Gated Community

My wife and I booked the place for Oktoberfest and our Birthdays. We invited her sister and best friend down from North Carolina. Well Stocked kitchen, nice patio, and Mayer bath tub we didn’t get to use as we were pretty busy. Would recommend and stay again!

Birthday trip

We were celebrating our daughter’s 18th. It was well furnished and clean. It was very comfortable for our family. The kitchen was good and well-equipped. The hot tub was great! We had a problem that the grill gas tank was defective, but we worked with the owner to get a replacement.
