Large Heated Pool, Hot Tub in a Quiet & Private Neighborhood

Beautiful home, located on a very quiet street, private back yard & lanai area. Large heated pool is perfect to enjoy the Florida sun! A grill for guests to use, lanai is perfect for dining outside with 2 ceiling fans. Cool evening, relax in our newly added hot tub! Beach chairs, umbrella, wagon and cooler make a trip to the beach a breeze. We have board games & three TV's located inside in the event of a rainy day!

This neighborhood is very quiet and private, close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The neighbors are very friendly and helpful.

What makes this property unique

Great neighborhood, everyone is very friendly and helpful! Close to downtown, approximately a half hour drive from Fort Myers Airport. Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island & Bonita Springs are all less than 25 miles away from the house.
