Master bedroom has king bed with vanity and large walk-in closet. Spare bedroom has comfortable queen murphy-bed which can be folded up to be used as a couch. Large bathroom with walk-in shower and stackable washer/dryer. Kitchen is fully equipped to enjoy home cooked and convenient meals. Enjoy your morning coffee or take in the gorgeous Az sunset on the spacious deck. Dining table seats 4 and has comfortable living room furniture with smart TV and mood-setting fireplace. Conveniently located in the middle of Cottonwood. 5 minutes to old town, 5 minutes to the Verde river, 2 miles to Hospital, 15 miles to Sedona and 7 miles to Jerome. Beautiful views of the Mingus Mountains and Sedona Red Rocks!🌅
