Things that we want to mention:
1) We do live in this home during the time is it not being rented. You will find personal items that may make your stay more unique than a home that is just for VRBO.
2) We live on a busy street. The perk about this is location and being walking distance to everything but the only negative is that you *may* hear people talking as they walk by or cars driving.
Other things to note A dog lives here on the days we are not renting out to VRBO. Even though our space is professionally cleaned multiple times a week and there will be no animals here during your stay, please be advised that if you are highly allergic to dogs or animals, we don't recommend that you stay here.

Host is communicative, generous, and kind. Unit is beautiful - home away from home but stylish and elevated, exactly what you want for a vacation or more-comfortable-than-a-hotel work trip! Central location allowed enjoyable walks to many neighborhoods. Coffee shop and sub shop in building. Thank you for an amazing stay S!
Was an ideal location and was able to walk most everywhere even with the cold winter weather and snow. Would totally stay again when I visit Denver, nice to have a car be totally optional.
The convenience of this property was 10/10!! We were able to use the electric scooters to and from our main destination in 10 minutes which helped us a lot! The property was spotless and comforting making us feel at home! Would definitely stay again!
We were in Denver for a wedding and this place was just a short Uber ride from the venue. The place was super cool! Very industrial, downtown vibe with interesting decor. I loved it! The bed was incredibly comfy and the neighborhood was convenient. We walked to breakfast both mornings less than a block away. Jelly and Call Your Mother were both very tasty. We also walked to the capitol building and the Molly Brown house. The Molly Brown House was only a few houses away. We had a few minor issues, but the fun of living the urban life for a couple of days far outweighed those! The entrance to the unit was a little hard to find arriving late at night. I have included a photo. Also street parking was not easy to find, but there was a rally that weekend which could have caused this. We parked in a very nearby paid lot. It was 25. Lastly, it was a little noisy at night and bright in the early morning. Bothered my husband a bit, but me not so much. It was a lot of fun staying in the middle of the action! Oh, and I must mention that Stephanie was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions I had. She is a great host!
