The hot water heater was small, so multi people should stagger showers accordingly (not a deal breaker). The beds were super comfortable with a great view of the sky from the main room. I personally loved the 3 story setup. Kitchen had everything needed for a long stay. As a Texan, the no a/c was an adjustment, but it actually worked out pretty well due to cool evenings. Drives into town and the national park were not far at all. Overall great location for doing things and getting away from crowds.
Great location between Granby and Grand Lake. Cute property and easy access. My only complaint is that the bedrooms were in the top floor and the thermostat is on the bottom floor which doesn’t include any of the living or sleeping areas. Even though they had sensors on each level, the top floor was significantly hotter. It was 77 at 8:30 at night which required us to open windows and turn on fans. Unfortunately I have a hard time sleepy while hot. The thermostat is locked at 75 which personally is too hot for me as well. For the price that is being paid I would like to be comfortable. Other than that it was a great property in between Granby and Grand Lake.

Hi Keith,
Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to leave feedback. We’re sorry the upstairs bedrooms were warmer than was comfortable for you during your stay.
As noted in our listing, the condo does not have air conditioning, which is common for mountain properties in the area. During warmer summer days, we recommend opening the windows in the evening and using the provided fans to bring in the cooler mountain air.
We also wanted to clarify that the thermostat on the lower level controls the fireplace heat only; it does not control cooling anywhere in the condo. The 75-degree limit you saw is the maximum heating setting, not a minimum temperature or cooling setting. The heating system is not in use during the summer, and the bedrooms also have separate heating units that are independently controlled.
We appreciate your feedback and are glad you otherwise enjoyed the condo and its location between Granby and Grand Lake.
Thank you,
Leah
We found this townhome to be comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with coffee, spices, plenty of dishes and utensils. Beds were clean and comfortable. The host was very gracious and just a phone call away for anything we may have needed. He was very responsive. Close to the lake, to shopping and bars and restaurants. Great location
We stayed at the Lakeside Bliss for 5 nights and enjoyed every night of our stay. The host was very informative through the entire experience. The place was also easy to find. The place had everything you need for your bare necessities. We would stay here again! Great place !
This was a great place to stay for close access to RMNP and downtown Grand Lake! The hosts are very responsive and ready to help with anything you need. They even put together a binder with local suggestions and had so many kitchen items compared to other places we have stayed. We saw a deer out back and heard that there have been moose and elk nearby, even though we didn’t see them this time. We would definitely recommend staying here if you want to be close to everything but have a calmer atmosphere than downtown.
They were great at communicating with us! The only con was that there were crumbs on the counter when we got there and there were gnats that we had to get rid of the first night upstairs. Other than that the place was beautiful and the stay was great.

We are very glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us! If you stay with us again in the future, please let us know about any issues, even if they are small. We would be happy to quickly address/fix them.
Thanks again!
My wife and I celebrated her 60th birthday. We enjoyed everything about the place. Very good location, and had plenty of restaurants in the area. Would definitely do it again sometime. Quick note, we did leave some leftovers in the fridge. We meant to grab them this morning but forgot.
Sorry for that.

Hi Earl,
We are glad you enjoyed your stay. No worries about the left overs!
Thanks!
Leah
Our family of four (2 elementary aged kids) stayed here for 5 days over President's Day weekend. The property itself is stunning! It's newly remodeled and had every possible amenity you could need, from the kitchen, to the bathroom, smart TVs, laundry, kids toys/games, sheets, towels, etc! I couldn't think of anything that would have made this place any better! The location is close to the lake, Rocky Mountain NP, and Grandby with lots of options for food, grocery shopping, activities, etc. The view from the front patios are astonishingly beautiful! Bonus, we even saw a moose in front of the property the last day we were there! The hosts were extremely kind, responsive and helpful, and everything you could need is encapsulated in a well thought out binder of information on the kitchen counter. We will absolutely be back and look forward to staying again!

Angie, thank you for sharing such kind words. We are thrilled you enjoyed your stay. How awesome that you saw a moose! We frequently have lots of animals visit in the meadow in front of our condo! We would love to host you again if you are ever back in the area.
Lovely location, and it was easy to access all our activities. The unit was super well-provisioned. There are lots of stairs, so folks with mobility issues might consider that when booking.
