Cozy Creek Red- Walk to Tennis Courts and Lake- Dog Friendly!

This condo is all one floor and nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Hot Springs Village. You can walk to the Coronado Fitness Center, tennis courts, Lake Coronado and a hiking/biking trail. Enjoy your morning coffee on the back patio and listen to the peaceful sounds of a small creek just down the hill.

Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal. Hot Springs Village has many restaurants inside its gates and many more just outside. Just a short stroll away is an amazing Italian restaurant.

There are two nice beaches on Lake Balboa and Lake Cortez that are free to swim in and use.

Hot Springs Village is home to 9 unique golf courses: seven 18-hole golf courses, one 27-hole golf complex and one prestigious, award-winning private club.

You will have a parking spot right out front of the condo.

We are Dog friendly. Dogs must be leashed at all times while outside and all pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of. Dogs MUST remain with their owners or be crated if left alone.
There is an $100 pet fee and two dog max. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds.

There is a Ring Doorbell Camera beside the front door.

We were very happy with our stay at this property. It was exactly what we expected. The bed was comfortable, the unit well equipped and the area surrounding it was very pretty. The level of cleanliness was superb! We have family in area so will definitely look to rent here again!

The VRBO is as described. The thoughtful organization of the kitchen made using the kitchen a pleasure. This superion organization was apparent throught. It was clean and welcom. The host responded to any question I had. Area was perfect for my needs.

Nice place

Nice and clean. Beds and bathrooms are somewhat confusing. The room that had two beds had the private bathroom and the room with the big bed was in the other bedroom. Just seems weird. Overall the place was very nice and clean. Oh one other thing, the painted gourd was really different! 😂😂
