The ATX House is totally updated and furnished with everything you will need for a great stay in Austin. It is located just .33 miles to Barton Springs and the Hike and Bike Trail and so much more in Zilker Park and approx 2 miles to downtown. This cozy condo is thoughtfully decorated with custom 'Austin' photography and art and features a super comfy covered patio. The bedroom features a King bed and a large plate glass window.

The kitchen is well furnished with everything you’d need to cook! We provide organic local coffee beans and grinder for you as well as bar soap, lotion, face wipes, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

The ATX House is part of the ZilkerVacations family of vacation rental homes and condos in the Zilker Park area! We do everything we can to assure you the most comfortable stay possible!

What a wonderful property!

Close to Zilker, great balcony!

We loved the location, we could easily walk to barton springs pool, zilker park, and the restaurants on barton springs as well as south Lamar. The balcony was large with good privacy. Check in was easy and the property was clean. We would stay there again.

Fantastic Condo and Location

Cynthia, Peach, and Jay were wonderful. This was our first trip to Austin and the location of the property was perfect. It was super close to Park, trails, the city, restaurants, and everything in-between. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Austin. Highly recommend!

Treasure Hide Away

From the peaceful views to the quiet meditative space that was so wonderfully decorated, this place was a jewel amid the city landscape. Minutes from nature and Zilker park and the downtown sector, this is truly a haven.

Peach, the Broker in the family, is an avid golfer and likes to do anything outdoors as well as garden in his Zilker area home's backyard. Cynthia manages their rental property along with their son, Jay. Cynthia loves to cook the vegetables that Peach grows and take long walks, bike rides and swims.
