Beautiful Vermont Mountaintop on 10 Acres- House and Cabin

Our beautiful country home, Five Trees, is a special mountain retreat set in the forests of northern Vermont on 10 acres of lawns, gardens and forest. The house has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths and sleeps 8+ in bedrooms and separate family room; another 2 in the cabin. This special retreat has an open, fully equipped kitchen with baking nook, large living/dining space with wood stove, office with high speed wireless internet, and a finished basement/playroom with radiant heat.

The house has a dishwasher and washer/dryer. In addition to the interior, there is a large screened porch, as well as numerous decks with views of the gardens and the mountains. A separate, cozy cabin with a sleeping loft and a wood fired stove overlooks the swimming pond. A beautiful trail circles our forest and connects into a longer trail network ideal for cross-country skiing, running, mountain biking and snowshoeing.

Five Trees is located about 15-20 mins from Stowe, 30 mins from Smugglers Notch, and 1 hour from Burlington. The area is wonderful for hiking, biking, swimming, kayaking/canoeing, skiing (cross country and downhill), skating, and snowshoeing. No pets, no smoking. 1 hour from Burlington, 2 hours from Montreal, 3 hours from Boston.

This is the perfect spot for truly memorable family getaways, from the peace and serenity of the country to unparalleled outdoor adventure to the most amazing night sky anywhere.
