Very walkable to the Historic Old Town Fort Collins. Close to great restaurants and boutique shopping. Close to CSU. Wonderful neighborhood, very well kept up.
this carriage house was perfect for our 3 night stay...convenient walking to restaurants and old town activities... it was super quiet and private. just two small issues were communicated to the owner who responded immediately... I would HIGHLY recommend this for a couple or single person stay... it's really really well done!
We stayed for 3 nights and we were pleased. The carriage house was clean, quiet and we felt safe. We loved walking to town every day. The bikes were an added bonus. We had a short drive to Lory state park and the National Park is just over an hour.
The property is 100% as described. Plenty of cooking utensils, cookware, full-size fridge to prepare meals, etc. a perfect weekend getaway spot, perfectly located and in walking distance to restaurants, coffee and shopping. I would easily love to stay here again upon returning to Fort Collins.
The Carriage House was perfect for my business trip to Fort Collins. It was a quick walk for my wife to Old Town while I was at work. It had everything we needed for our stay.
We had a great stay with few complaints. The air conditioning was confusing. I've never dealt with a mini split before. The remote has about 20 buttons and you only need to use 2, and when you make a change it takes like 3 minutes for a response. There are no tables next to the bed and no where to plug in your phone. We had to move the bed and put a chair there for my wife's CPAP machine. It was very refreshing change from our last VRBO stay in Fort Collins that this place didn't have exstensive rules for the way it was to be left.
Loved staying here. Clean and excellent location. Loved taking the bikes around and exploring Ft Collins. Easy walk or bike ride into downtown. So much to see and do around the house.
Perfect location to walk or bike to almost everything in the area of Old Town Fort Collins. Has everything we needed for a four night stay. We didn’t do any cooking while we were there, but even with its small size, it had all the amenities we needed. The bikes were a great perk as well. Owners were very helpful and responsive. We had no real issues while we were there and the small one we had was taken care of so quickly, it wasn’t really an issue. Would stay here again!
