I migrated to Ft. Collins from Virginia in 1986 and quickly fell in love with the charm and uniqueness of Old Town Ft. Collins. I love the pedestrian lifestyle and the proximity to so many of the activies that I enjoy. I have been a nurse at the local hospital in Ft. Collins for many years and am able to commute by bike most days of the year.

I love the beauty and history of Old Town Ft. Collins, as well as the ability to walk to the shops and restaurants.
What makes this property unique
This is a peaceful property filled with natural sunlight. It is an easy walk to my favorite coffee shop, grocery store and local library.
