Low nightly rate is because HOA prohibits rentals of less than 30 days. Palm Springs condo with its own private pool and spa. Ground floor has a gas fireplace, 75 inch Smart TV, guest bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs are 2 large bedrooms with a king bed & TV and a queen bed, each with a private ensuite bathroom. Condo is located close to restaurants and sights such as museums, shopping and the famous tram. There is an additional charge for heating the pool and spa. For spa heating only there is a discounted charge of $150 per month. For heating both pool and spa, there is a discounted charge of $300 per month.
