This beautiful and remodeled home (2022) is in the perfect location for all your needs. Located right in the heart of Cedar Rapids, and two blocks away from the Kernels Veterans Memorial Stadium and the Roughriders IMON Ice Arena! You can see the stadium(s) from the front porch of the house. Enjoy the fireworks after each Kernels game in the summertime! Bring your friends and relax around the firepit in the private backyard.
The space
This gem is completely remodeled inside and out! There are three furnished bedrooms with 4 beds total. Each bedroom has its own dedicated bathroom - 3 in total. Relax in one of two living rooms with TVs. The downstairs living room has a sectional and large couch for entertaining. There is also an elliptical (Airdyne) bike available for your workout needs!
Guest access
Guests are allowed to use the entire property, including the garage and grill system in the backyard. There is space for entertaining on the front deck or backyard areas.
Other things to note
Walk to Kernels and Roughriders games! Enjoy your own free parking on the front street or back alley garage + parking pad. This wonderful home is within walking distance to stadium grill for a bite to eat after an event!
