About this space
The Seaside Gem is a 4.9 STAR (on other sites with Reviews and NEW to VRBO! The Gem is a water view house centrally-located in Port Richey. Fully renovated in 2020, this elevated home gives you beautiful sunset views along with daily life by the pool, if you so choose! There are bars and restaurants within walking distance, not to mention all modern conveniences close by just in case you forgot something! Boat/jetski/paddle board rentals are also available nearby. Stay a weekend or greater! Regardless there are lots of memories to be made at the “Seaside Gem”!
The space
This is an elevated pool home, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There may be an extra charge to use the hot tub and the pool heated depending on length of stay and usage. **The Dock and Launch is NOT intended for any Guest use of Boating/Docking***. There are plenty of outdoor seating areas, and the main living space is an open floor plan. The bedrooms are good size with dressers and closets for your “getaway”!
Guest access
Full house with the exception of the garage. WE WILL HAVE THE RIGHT TO COME THROUGH THE SIDE YARD ONLY TO USE OUR BOAT (Mainly Summer). We will let the guests know in advance of the timing through the app or text.

Seaside Gem is Truly a Gem

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay. The location is great. The home was perfect for our family. The owner was responsive when we had questions. It was everything as advertised. We will definitely stay at the Seaside Gem when we visit the area again.
