We rented this amazing waterfront cabin for 30 nights (mid July-Mid August). We booked 6 months earlier and the host Sandy was very helpful and great to communicate with. The cabin was so clean and spacious. The decor is very forest cabin with super comfortable furniture in every space. The king size bed in the master was so so cozy and we slept soundly every night. The kitchen is also spacious with everything you could possibly need. A large washer and dryer is also provided. The location is so serene and quiet with the creek peacefully running next to the property. Friendly neighbors we would chat with when walking by but the properties are very spread out and private. Huge deck around the cabin as well as the separate garage which is so fun with BBQ, outdoor table and chairs, large TV where we watched our teams as well as a dart board that we loved and played a lot. We had a couple of very minor issues while there and all it took was a quick text to Sandy and she was on it getting things resolved quickly. We had a family of turkeys that visited the yard many times as well as elk. Very close to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park which we visited many times. We would absolutely recommend staying at Sandy and David's waterfront cabin. We had the best time, enjoyed everything about the cabin and the hosts were great to deal with.
We were happy to be the first customers at this property and to get to work with Sandy and her husband. The place is beautiful, Sandy is great to work with, and it's the perfect place if you want to get away, have some peaceful settings and great amenities on the property. Estes Park, RMNP, Loveland and much more is within 20-30 minutes. Wonderful place that I did not want to leave. Best regards all.

Why they chose this property
We fell in love with GlenHaven at first sight - the views of the river and the mountains are gorgeous and the fly fishing is fantastic. The people are so friendly and down to earth, plus the homemade cinnamon rolls at the General Store are amazing ❤️ We feel like we are 1,000,000 miles away from everything until we want to go out for dinner, then it’s only a few minutes to Estes Park;). It’s an amazing place - extremely quiet and safe!
What makes this property unique
Our home has an authentic cabin feel, the mountain stream can be heard babbling at night and from all the surrounding decks - plus you can feel the quiet, so tranquil…and the relaxation offered by our new hot tub is heavenly - yet Estes Park and Rocky National Park are literally a few minutes away with the best variety of restaurants and taverns. My husband was sold on the garage!! Gather in the rec room for fun and conversation or head to the man cave/office, a great place for privacy when catching up on emails and returning phone calls or playing cards by the wood burning fireplace.
