During your stay, you'll be able to walk 4 minutes to the yellow and blue line metro stop and ride the free trolley to nearby restaurants and shops on King St. Ideal Location to capital beltway, downtown DC and 15 minutes to national airport.

Main Floor: Living with queen size pull-out comfort sleeper sofa. Smart TV with fire stick remote, Dining room, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Back door access to private fenced backyard.

Walk through the front door into the living room and you'll be welcomed into this cozy, relaxing space. Unwind at night and watch a show on the 65" Smart TV or have fun playing provided board games.

Next, you are invited into the kitchen and dining area that is fully equipped for entertaining family and friends. The kitchen features: Ninja XL coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, Electric tea kettle, blender, pots and pans, toaster, air fryer, spices, plates, bowls, cups, cutting boards, silverware, knife block, baking sheet, and kitchen utensils. There is also a microwave and dishwasher. Dining table lifts into a circle table to seat 4 with 2 extra chairs in the office to seat 6.

2nd Floor: 1 Bedroom with a Queen bed and a Full Bathroom. Has a 32" Smart TV. Designated office space with desk and chair.

Downstairs: 1 Bedroom with King Bed and Full Bathroom. Has a 40" TV with fire stick. Full size washer and dryer with steamer.

Front: There is a bench seat on the front porch for relaxing

Each Bedroom offers bedside table laps with charging ports. Each Bedroom also has a dresser and hangers in the closets so you can unpack comfortably.

Each Bathroom is stocked with Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash for your convenience.

Inside the home are carpeted steps leading upstairs and downstair both with handrails.

When the weather is blazing you are steps from the Old Town outdoor pool which you can walk to around the corner. A daily admission fee of $6 per person will be charged by the facility.

Outside the home: There is a beginning set of 3 steps and a secondary set of 5 leading tot the front door. The back deck has a set of 5 steps leading to the back door.

Ring Doorbell Camera: Located next to the front door. All audio recording is turned off on the device. No monitoring devices inside the home.

There is free street parking with parking pass. All areas in to the home are available to guests except the water heater room downstairs.

The house is located near the above-ground metro and Amtrak train station. While this makes those transit choices convenient, it also comes with some associated noise: the light rumble of the metro trains on the elevated tracks, and the occasional sound of a train horn. However, we have never experienced any issues with excessive noise inside the townhouse. For instance, it does not affect your ability to have a conversation or watch TV. The metro trains do not run after midnight (2am on weekends) and the Amtrak and commuter trains are infrequent.
