Cozy Log Cabins close to VMI, W&L,VHC & downtown historic Lexington.Dog friendly

In the Shenandoah Valley with magnificent views of the Blue Ridge Mountains we offer comfortable log cabins situated in a pasture overlooking Lazy Acres Equestrian Center. Just 2 miles from the Virginia Horse Center, the east coast's biggest horse event park with shows going on all year, and 5 m from historical Lexington's fine restaurants and shops. 5 miles to Washington & Lee and VMI Campuses.

Relax on the porch with one of the best views in Rockbridge County, surrounded by fields of horses. In the cabin on the ground floor there is a king size bedroom, a full size fouton in the living room and the kitchen and bathroom with washer/dryer. A spiral staircase to the loft has two single beds and a balcony. The cabin is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay carefree.

A couple of miles away the river meanders with the road at Goshen Pass, an amazing gorge with swimming holes and great fishing and hiking, one of the counties unspoiled treasures.

We have stables and turnout available for your horses. Come on vacation with your horses. Boarding available.
The huge arena is available for rent for clinics or shows.

Beautiful and peaceful location!

Our family of 5 greatly enjoyed our time at the cabin! It is charming and so relaxing, set amongst the rolling hills and overlooking pastures. We were in town for graduation at W&L and appreciated having the deck to grill out with family. Highly recommend this sweet cabin and the hosts.
