This house was amazing and Amy was incredibly responsive. The configuration of the house is unique. The master suite on the second floor was quiet and comfortable. There were 3 bedrooms grouped together that are perfect for young couples who want to socialize. There was also a MIL suite on the first floor with a private bath. For those who like to cook, the appliances are high end and the pots/pans/dishes/silverware are excellent quality. The beds were comfortable with nice sheets. Loved the outdoor space. We enjoyed the dock every morning and evening; frequent dolphin sitings! We also used the fire pit and grill. Overall this home was an excellent value and was enjoyed by everyone in our family party. We'll definitely be renting this one again!

Large family vacation

We were a big family group of 11 with 2 kids and the house was perfect for us, lots of games for kids of all ages, plenty of sitting room in different areas to have some privacy. The best of all was the fantastic dock on the river with sundowns, boats, dolphins. Not for swimming. There were some issues with shower drains, perhaps due to the fact that Hurrican Milton had just passed through. Lots of nice welcome amenities, plenty of coffee and teas, salt and pepper etc. Host Amy did everything to make sure we had everything we needed. The sleepers in the main bedroom on the second floor said the road out front was surprisingly loud at night. All in all a fantastic place to stay!

We chose this property for the beaches, stunning beauty and nature surrounding the area. The privacy is important to us and we know guess and Joy privacy when vacationing. As nature lovers we absolutely love seeing dolphins every day sometimes sea turtles stunning birds of every kind and watching the peaceful water!

What makes this property unique

The location OF COURSE is stunning and for the beaches and coastal view and salt water activities, beach, proximity to great dining, shops and activities like boating, fishing, Paddleboard, kayak, guided tours! Just amazing proximity to everything.
