Very charming space and convenient location. It was a busy football weekend and we were so happy to stay here rather than the other option - an overpriced hotel room on the outskirts of town. Highly recommend.

Clean and comfortable.

Very nice place to stay. Had everything we needed including wine glasses! Beds, and couches are very comfortable. Cute outdoor sitting area.

A Great Place!!

The hosts were so easy to communicate with and checked in with us to see if everything was going smoothly. The house was so cute and had everything that you would need. It is in a great location with Starbucks, a grocery store and fast food close and the campus is only about 5 minutes away. I highly recommend staying here!

Perfect 2 bedroom apartment w/private access

The Charm is a cute, clean place to stay. It’s close to KState campus and less than 5 minutes to the conference hotels. Feels like home with a kitchen, laundry, and TV in each bedroom. Basic shower amenities for my fellow light packers. WiFi was strong and streamed Netflix. I will return.
