Bucerias Beachfront Charm - Two storey luxury beachhouse with rooftop deck!

On the north edge of Bucerias, right on the beach, is Casa Sirena, a two-bedroom, two-bath, private home that is one of three units on this piece of property that fronts the beach. Beautifully detailed interior with Spanish tiles, unique brick ceilings, and varnished wood windows and doors. There are lovely furnishings throughout, and the casa is equipped with all the conveniences of home - fully equipped modern kitchen, linens, comfortable living and dining areas, satellite TV, DVDs, free wireless internet, Weber grill, etc.

The inviting, deep-blue, beachside pool (shared) will keep you cool as you relax on the patio, or sit beneath the private palapas on the sand and soak up the sights and sounds of the ocean. The beach is white sand about 20 meters wide and lined with palm trees.

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on either the beachfront patio or the balcony off the upstairs master bedroom. A private patio off the downstairs guest bedroom provides a nice 'get away' for kids or guests.

Casa Sirena also boasts a third-floor, open air sundeck exclusively for Casa Sirena guests. This deck area is one-third open to the sun for the worshippers out there, and two-thirds covered by an authentic Mexican palapa. During the day, the ocean breezes waft through; enjoy your time on the loungers, or at our lovely hand-made Mexican table in the shade. In the evening, pull up a chair, a glass of wine, and watch the twinkling lights of the marina in La Cruz as the surf washes in and your stress washes out.

Maid with full linen service is twice weekly.

Great restaurants are within walking distance, with many others to choose from in nearby La Cruz. Or, take a thirty minute drive into Puerto Vallarta and enjoy what the city has to offer, while coming back to your unique vacation home in charming and quaint Bucerias.

For the safety and security of our guests and property, security cameras are installed above the front entrance to the casa, and above the common swimming pool area.

Casa Sirena offers three tiers of prices, depending upon the season.

High Season: November 1 to April 30: Regular nightly rate, $250.00 USD per night

Shoulder Seasons: May 1, 2024 to June 30, 2024 and September 1, 2024 to October 31, 2024: 30% discount, being $175.00 USD per night

Melting Hot Season: July 1, 2024 to August 31, 2024: 50% discount, being $125.00 USD per night

Nice time and very authentic

We had a great time , very authentic Mexican casita. Pictures could use an update but over all a nice place. Freeway noise and dogs next door but pool and beach are great. A bit further away than we are used to but no we that going in. Overall a nice place

Nice house, problematic location

Lovely comfortable house. Lots of hot water and towels. Plumbing works great. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen appliances are well maintained. House is dark inside because it is set in between the others. The written manual inside the house is seriously out of date: it did not contain the correct beach gate code and the property manager did not give it to us. We had to ask where the replacement water bottles were. The DVD player did not seem to be compatible with the new TV. Pool is nice and well maintained. Beach is rocky but otherwise great. There are 3 palapas shared by the 3 houses with 5 loungers. If there had been 6 couples there would not have been enough. They need replacing. The beach shower is not working. The Sukha restaurant next door serves good food and the staff are very nice. They have live and recorded music but quit before 10pm. There is a wedding venue to the south that is very noisy on the weekends with loud music lasting until 1:30am. The biggest problem is location. The house is about 1 mile from Bucerias center and nearly double that from an ATM. You have to take a cab to go to many restaurants and the grocery stores. Luckily the cab drivers know the restaurant so its a good landmark. The street is torn up because of construction so walking is not super pleasant. The beach is rocky so walking there is also hard work. Note, Bucerias is growing so there is a lot of construction and more people. It is not anymore the sleepy, quiet town we have been going to for years. Nevertheless, we had a pleasant experience overall.

Great location, quiet side of Bucerías.

The condo was perfect for us and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the pool and beach access. Catching the Bus was easy and convenient. The condo came with kayaks and bikes was we used every day. We do recommend getting the bikes serviced or replaced. Our experience at Casa Sirena was great.

A wonderful little Casa on a beautiful beach. Welcomed each day with a coffee on the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Sirena. The Casa is one of three positioned between a busy road and a quiet, beautiful beach. Fortunately, when outside the Casa on the beachside, any traffic noise is lost in the wonderful sounds of the waves. We had great neighbours with whom we shared the pool. The Casa is well equipped with amenities so we alternated between dining out and cooking ourselves. For those who enjoy walking, it is a pleasant thirty minute walk to town. We often walked in to dine but taxied home. We hope to return.

Amazing holiday!

We just spent two weeks at Casa Sirena. The condo is beautiful and truly authentic. Location is perfect and truly private, possibly the nicest beach in Bucerías! Away from town but close enough to walk to everyday on the beach. The maids were perfectionists and the concierge Baldo, was only an email away! We wanted for nothing and cannot wait to go back! A true hidden Mexican Gem! Thank you for sharing this piece of paradise with us Charlene and Gary!

We have just returned from Bucerias and Casa Sirena. We had an amazing time. The photos do not do it justice. The beach, the pool, and grounds are awesome. The house is very well decorated with lots of authentic Mexican touches, and art. Baldo and Theresa were really super to work with. We hope that we can repeat again next year. Thank you so very much Charlene and Gary B. for sharing your lovely home away from home with us - our daughter, grandson, and our brother in law and his wife all agree this is truly a great vacation and want to come back.

Casa Sirena Vacation

My husband and I just returned from 2 weeks at Casa Sirena. It was our favorite holiday! The villa and grounds were gorgeous... from the pool to the greenery all over to the grounds to the amazing view from the rooftop. Baldo the manager was a great host and gave us lots of helpful tips about our stay in Bucerias. He addressed any questions quickly and was very hospitable. Our housekeeper Theresa kept the villa in immaculate condition. The pool was a great temperature and the ocean was pretty calm at this part of the bay. We enjoyed taking the kayaks out. Bucerias had so much to offer for great places to eat and market shopping. A trip to Sayulita was a quick 20 minutes on the bus. At the end of a long day there was a great selection of DVD to choose from. We found it easy to get supplies for our stay and transportation was cheap and easy to access. We thoroughly recommend this villa for a fabulous vacation!

My wife and I along with my sister and brother in-law just returned from a two week stay at the Casa Sirena, We can not say enough about the home like facilities, its very clean and comfortable. This place has everything you could possibly need during your stay. Teresa our maid, does an awesome job with the cleaning and making sure you are happy. We did not have one issue during our stay unless you count the one day of rain in two weeks an issue! The location of the Casa is perfect, a nice walk along the beach to Bucerias for dinner and drinks and far enough away from town that you are not pestered by the beach venders every couple of minutes. Our stay here was the most relaxing vacation to date. (My wife read 5 books she was so relaxed.) The Pool we used daily to cool down and be like kids. The roof top palapa is a great touch, we spent many of evenings watching the sunsets with a drink and even enjoyed a dinner or too up under the Palapa. We used the sea Kayaks and bikes to check out the surrounding area and found a local pub just a short distance away called Buzzo's, we were there daily as the drinks were cold and the locals made the atmosphere so welcoming. Baldo, is a huge asset to the Casa Sirena property. This man will go above and beyond for you without you asking. Thank You Baldo!! you made our trip worry free and Thank you Charlene and Gary! We will return one day in the near future for another relaxing vacation. I would not for one minute hesitate to recommend the Casa Sirena to anyone looking for a vacation rental. We have just returned from a 15 day stay at Casa Sirena. We wanted a place to rest & relax, and this is exactly what we did. We loved the Casa, there isn't a negative thing we can say, the casa is well equipped and clean, grounds are kept up, We have rented with VRBO many times in the US; Europe and the Caribean, and have never found accomodations so well equipped, Gary & Charlene have thought of everything. The staff is excellent, Baldo is a jem, so helpful and thoughtful, our checking in & departure was so easy with his expert help. Teresa kept our place spotless. The gardiners, pool people, and security guard were excellent. The staff, along with Gary & Charlene made our holiday stressfree and pleasant. Thanks to all!! We are both in our late 70's, healthy and pretty fit, we walked to town most every day, had coffee at our favourite cafes (Delices de France, and Vera Cafe). Restaurants in Bucerias are excellent. We took a few day trips on the local buses, bus stop was only a few steps away. Went to PV for the day. Did a lot of walks on th beautiful beach. We would highly recommend this property, and we hope to return again soon.

Great Holiday

We had a great trip to the Bucerias/PV area and enjoyed our house very much. Casa Sirena was perfect for the 4 of us (2 couples in early 50's)....I will say we were very lucky the other house was not rented which allowed us privacy in the entire property. The house was clean and well equipped and we were allowed use of 4 mountain bikes and a sea kayak. The yard is has many trees and plants and the pool overlooks the beach and ocean....very good view and location. We walked or rode many times to the town of Bucerias for shopping, lunch and supper and found everything safe and easy to find. We were greeted by Baldo Hernandez and he looked after all our needs and questions. Baldo gave us lots of advice on places to see and things to do....he speaks good english and is very friendly. There was a security guard on duty every night from 7 pm to 7 am....not sure we needed that as we travel to Mexico very often and are not concerned about the bad press we read in Canada. There is a maid/gardner and pool boy that come around every few days to tidy up.....it is a nice touch. We are hoping to get back to this property with multiple couples and rent both houses....it would be a great holiday. Thanks again Baldo and his staff for a great vacation....we will recommend this property to our family and friends that are looking for a PV area holiday.

Recently returned from 6 week stay at Casa Sirena and would highly recommend. The accomodations, ammenities are great. Owners Gary & Charlene are super to deal with, the staff; Baldo, Theresa, Gardiners, Security and Pool people are excellent, you couldn't ask for any better. The beach in front of property is the best from south end of Bucerias to La Cruz. If walking downtown is not your thing, there is easy access to the bus system a few steps outside the door. Loved our stay there and would just like to say thanks to everyone who helped to make it great.

i just returned from a two week stay at casa sirena bucerius -- i can't think of a single negative thing to say -- everything you imagine you might need for a stay at the beach is provided including a incredibly helpful stafff -- the owners (gary and charlene) insisted on quality and that's what it is -- i look foward to returning -- DSG
