Beautiful three-bedroom home with amazing bay and marina views, just steps away from all the action! Whether you are the type of person that would enjoy gazing out at the marina while enjoying a cocktail at the pool-side bar, soaking in the sun by the pool on our deck, grilling it up outside on either of our two grills, or just staying in with the family to watch an event, Casa Solnordal has it all! While being literally one of the closest homes to town in Pedregal, it also has beautiful views and a front row to sunrises!

Casa Solnordal is a cozy yet spacious home with a phenomenal location. It's right at the entrance to the Pedregal, which makes it one of the most walkable homes in the notoriously non-walkable development. Moreover, it has a great pool and deck area for you to hang around and take in the Vitamin D!
