Escape to a peaceful retreat in this charming 1 bed, 1 bath park model in an over 55+ community. Enjoy the sun-kissed days by the large heated Olympic-sized pool, or take a stroll around the small lake, where you can use non-motorized boats. The community clubhouse offers a pool table and more, while the nearby downtown Punta Gorda and Charlotte Harbor offer plenty of opportunities to explore and enjoy the local culture. Relax and unwind in this newly refreshed home. With a convenient 30-45 minute drive, you'll have plenty of time to soak up the sun and enjoy the laid-back atmosphere of the Gulf Coast. Please note that after booking, you'll need to register with the office and pay a $100.00 transfer fee before or on arrival.
