Good location for access to all the Monterey Pennisula has to offer. Very quiet neighborhood with access to well known shopping brands. The house was very clean, well stocked and nicely decorated.

Great for visiting Monterey Bay

Clean, convenient and dog friendly home. Perfect for our group of five adults and two dogs. Easy drive to Monterey and Carmel with lots of dog friendly activities. This was great for our family birthday celebration.

Great stay! Everything was exactly as shown in the photos. Plenty of space for the 4 of us (me, hubby, adult daughter and a friend of hers) to hang out for the week of Thanksgiving. Fully equipped kitchen - and washer/dryer in the garage. Quiet cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood - grocery store less than a mile away. Beautiful beach less than two miles away! Fifteen minute drive to Monterey and Carmel - but we knew that. Overall: recommend!

Good for the price

Good things: Great location, comfy beds, inside clean. Bad things: Did not have the BBQ as listed on the website, heavy chemical/cleaning smell, backyard was not inviting-weeds, porch and outside furniture all dirty.

So it might be what you think the heavy smell could be. About the yard, we have gardener schedule every two weeks, sorry it may be scheduled after your stay. Thanks again

Wow. Great first impression when we walked in. So clean, neat, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Loved our stay and really appreciate our hosts attention to detail to make us feel at home. The house was perfect for our family trip. The house was uniquely and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The backyard was absolutely fantastic! The whole space felt very private and peaceful, and it definitely made our vacation even more enjoyable. The host was also incredibly responsive and helpful. Location made it easy to access Montery and surrounding areas. Close to bike trails as well. We highly recommend this property.

Central to Carmel/Monterey (15-20 min) & Capitola (35 min). (Avoid hwy 1 Gridlock 3-6) Elroy’s fine food market a treat. Rosini’s & Fandango restaurants yummy. Gayle’s bakery & rotisserie in Capitola. Walking/window shopping in Carmel & Capitola. Fisherman’s Wharf sightseeing. The coast/beach absolutely stunning.

Our stay was overall good. Although, the sliding glass doors and screens were difficult to open and need replacement or maintenance. Also, we weren't able to open the windows and they seemed to be sealed shut, which is a fire hazard. We also needed extra paper towels but there weren't any. Besides that, the place was comfortable and clean and we enjoyed our stay.

It found any issue, it will taken care by mana asap. Reading a issue about the fire hazard concern on windows. These windows are normally stays tight but not as you mention as sealed tight. You might have lock on them when opening. If you had any of these issues, i was just text away as i was replying each of your questions and lost charger. I could have guided your with in 10 minutes. Please don’t hesitate to stay in touch with host. I believe any host will help guests right away. I am really glad to hear your stay was awesome. Hope to host you again in future again.

Best Vrbo Rental We've Ever Enjoyed

This was far and away the nicest, most comfortable Vrbo house we've rented!We were in town for a family wedding, and my wife volunteered to make most of the food for the reception. The location in Marina was ideal, perfectly situated close to grocery and plenty of specialty stores so that we could find the ingredients we needed. In the house, the kitchen was small, but it is well-appointed with very nice cookware, and we actually had everything we needed to make use of it as our kitchen home-away-from-home.While we were there, we had a number of family & friends stop by to say hi, and every last one of them was totally blown away by how great the house and yard were, as well as the amazingly atractive and yet comfortable decor.Our family would absolutely consider renting from the host again, the next time we're in the area!

We had a great time.

The house met all of our needs. When we arrived the smell was aromatic and clean. We noticed a few ants in the kitchen on in the cabinets but not a really big deal. We went to run the heat the first night and the airflow was terrible so I looked at the filter in the hall way ceiling return grill and it was completely plugged so I bought a new one and changed it for you. I left the old one in the garage by the washer and dryer. The master bathroom exhaust fan needs to be replaced also. We enjoyed the nicely landscaped yard and the home in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely recommend this home and stay here again.
