Location:
This home has direct access to trails just two blocks away which is great for both summer hiking and winter sledding, snowshoeing, snowmobiling and backcountry access. Lake access is just 4 blocks down the hill. You are also close to all ski resorts, as Northstar and Palisades Tahoe are only 11 miles away.
Parking:
Parking is available for 4 cars total. Two in the driveway and two in the garage. All cars must park in the garage or on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance. The garage has a high clearance and most Sprinters clear the entrance. Also available in the garage is the 220v EV outlet for your electric car needs.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
