Escape to a tranquil retreat by the shores of Hodgdon Pond and neighboring the stunning Acadia National Park. With a private dock a few feet from the porch, this special vacation rental is ideal for nature lovers, outdoor enthusiasts, and anyone in search of a quiet break.



The Space:

Simple Comfort: The interior combines rustic and modern elements, providing a cozy place to unwind including a gas fireplace and ductless heating and air conditioning system. The cottage is seasonal and has no insulation but is very comfortable April through November, weather dependent.



Dock and Water Fun: A newly built private dock lets you enjoy Hodgdon Pond. There are 4 provided kayaks and a canoe for fun on the water. This pond is warmer than most on the island and delightfully swimmable. The entire east side of the pond is Acadia National Park.



Modern Kitchen: The kitchen has been recently remodeled and has all the essentials for cooking. Dine inside or on the deck.



Comfortable Stay: With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, everyone can rest well and be comfortable.



Great Views: Large sliding doors offer views of the pond and woods, connecting you with nature.



Outdoor Enjoyment: Read a book in the hammock or gather around the fire pit for quality time with friends and family.
