The main floor has a full bath (shower only). 4 smaller bedrooms. 3 bedrooms are on the main floor; 2 bedrooms have a queen bed, and the third has a bunk bed. The upstairs dormer style room has a full bed and 2 twin beds, lower ceiling, but works well for children.

Enjoy the nice, private yard with sun and beautiful shade trees. There are two tables with umbrellas on the front patio. The deck has 3 wicker chairs and side table to relax and enjoy your morning coffee break. Home is located by the woods, tennis courts, basketball court & a only a few blocks from new large school playground & library. It is a very quiet, low traffic area. Room to park Jet Ski or boat trailer. Pet okay with permission and $125 pet fee. Accommodates 5 (inquire) people per village ordinance plus a day guest family visiting is welcome.

The Wakeman Cottage is a cute place to stay. The daily visits from the deer were a delight to my husband and sun.We found the accommodations adequate. The beds were comfortable, dining area sufficient and it was nice to relax and have our morning coffee in the livingroom. Lots of outdoor space for kids to play and enjoy a meal outdoors.Storage and air conditioning were lacking. However, window fans did provide some relief from the summer heat.Overall, we always enjoy visiting Pentwater. We've been visiting since 1978.Thank you for your hospitality.
