Step into relaxation along the Grand Canal at the Center of the Island! Sunny and spacious home on the water with beach access, private dock and private roof patio. Home has modern appliances, new bbq, washer and dryer, as well as cookware, dinnerware, linens two bath tubs and a patio with fire pit in the front of the Home. Each bedroom includes private bath with shower and 2 have bath tubs. Master BR has private patio with great views of the water.Beds are very comfortable and outdoor patio is great for breakfast next to the water. In the Garage we have an EV charger as well. Private dock, roof patio and water access provides additional serenity and quiet. Sunrise, moon rise and sunset views!
Whole house. (Please note: there is one back unit above the garage that has a separate entrance and one long-term lease tenant).

Our family LOVES Southern California, and all the great things to do here! We have owned this home for over 20 years, and it has been passed from one generation to the next. Balboa Island is a very special place and we are sure you will enjoy it!
What makes this property unique
With large skylights in the Master Bedroom and upstairs hallway, comfortable dining area, roof deck, private dock with a small beach area, and a living room and patio alongside the water, we knew this was the property on the Island that we wanted to own. Superb location with lots of morning sunshine in the bedrooms and a short walk to the downtown and harbor and beach areas as well.
