Along the shores of the beautiful Case Inlet and a few steps to the beach, this 4-bedroom waterfront home is the perfect getaway destination. Enjoy a 180 degree view of the water and a peek at the Olympic Mountain range through the kitchen on a clear day. Eagles fly overhead and seals visit the waters in front of the home daily, and if you’re lucky you’ll spot a small pod of Orcas swimming through to find a meal or an otter sun bathing on the floating dock. The space Spend your days kayaking, paddle boarding or soaking up the sun along the waterfront, or set out on a day trip to explore the surrounding attractions. A large lawn is perfect for group lawn games – or to toss the ball for your furry family members. Go for long beach walks. Relax in the hammock under the shade of the cherry tree. Or let the kids run wild on the large play set. There are plenty of opportunities to stay busy – or relax! Dogs are welcome!
For the safety of both dogs and small children, we’ve added a low gate (about 36” high) at the front of the home between the lawn and the bulkhead (which is about 4’ off the beach w/o railing). This makes it a fully fenced in yard, though the sneaky/creative dogs may find an exit point or two so please be aware as people do drive a bit too fast along the main road. Guest access We encourage carpooling. Parking is limited. There is a carport that can fit two average-sized vehicles. There is a gravel parking zone in front of the garage (not accessible) where two cars can fit comfortably, though if you're creative you can squeeze three. (Please be advised some drivers speed along this stretch of road so do not leave children unattended on the road side of the gate.) Additional parking is available upon request (beyond the locked gate - up to two more vehicles).
