The unit was very clean, and had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy our stay. The pictures are great, but the unit and the view are even better in person. It was a lovely place to stay, and if we ever make it back to San Diego, this will be the one we will try to book again.

Clean and uncomplicated, plenty of storage and flat surface for our collections. We don’t cook while on vacation but the kitchen was more than adequate for any meals we would have prepared. No ice cube trays but we made do with a muffin tin. Felt security was a plus, everything was keyed or coded and permanent residents were friendly and helpful. Underground parking a plus, albeit tight for our SUV but we managed without angst. Great location, approximately .5 miles from many great restaurants. Air conditioning very comfortable although I would recommend an eye mask if dark is required; blinds weren’t black out and bedroom mini splits had a temperature light when in use. I think I prefer ocean to bay but I could get over that because every other aspect was so perfect.

We loved the location! It was beautiful to look out the window and the balcony over Mission Bay. Easy to walk on the path around the bay. We enjoyed the comforts of home and a wonderful kitchen to prepare our meals.

This place came pretty much as advertised.It is in a great location. It was very clean inside.The views were great and the instruction manual with directions on how to treat the property and how to exit it were clear to followWe had a few minor issues, but in contacting the host, they responded immediately and addressed them.One thing I would like them to address would be the shades in the master bedroom. They are not darkening shades and the light will flow in in June literally before 6 AM waking us up.Still, it was a great place and I would definitely recommend this property

When we booked the rental I was a little hesitant because the view from the living room looked a little too perfect. Turns out it was perfect! The foot traffic is more mild on the bay as compared to the ocean. So we would definitely stay at the bay again. Better for families. If we ever visit San Diego, we would rent this unit again.

Nice property in good location. The problem was the excessive security. Had to have keys and garage door opener with you every time you left the property. They don't work easily, and locks with security numbers are as long as your social security card. That was our only complaint. Otherwise, it was a lovely property.

Great stay

My family of 4 really enjoyed our time here. We loved that it was just across the street from the Bay. It was minutes to Mission Beach as well, so we enjoyed our time at the beaches. We had a wonderful time.

Beautiful Pacific Beach condo

We truly enjoyed staying at the condo. The view of Mission Bay and the beautiful park from the living room is just perfect. Great location-nice morning walk by the bay to the ocean, so many great restaurants in the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Vacation Spot!

My friend and I spent 1 week here and loved this beach house! So clean, and comfortable with all your amenities. Can't say enough about its great location for walks on the Bay and Ocean beaches, minutes away from great restaurants, touring sites, and the airport!

The apartment is clean, quiet, and comfortable. It’s a bit dated, with wall-to-wall carpeting and older bathrooms, but the beds and sofas are comfy, the TVs work, and the place comes with everything. The location is ideal—close to the bay walking path and close enough to beautiful Pacific Beach, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds on the boardwalk. So easy to get to other parts of San Diego, but a world away from “the city”. The parking spot is challenging with a huge post on one side and another car on the other, but the garage is secure. Nicole, the property manager, is lovely, responsive, and so on top of it. Highly recommend for a couple or small family.

Perfect spot for an awesome week

Perfect location on Mission Bay for eating out, sunsets, walks/runs/biking and then short car trips to the rest of San Diego. We loved the property too. Spacious, safe, and great for our young boys, whilst also brilliant for us too. We highly recommend!
