This 2 beds and 2 baths stylish Single Family Home place is perfect for beach stays. Newly remodeled and located on the sunny side of the court, this home has the convenience of a ground floor bed/bath suite that opens to a large front patio.

The 2nd floor is light and bright, with a designated work station, lots of skylights, and an open concept kitchen. Living room has exceptional sunlight and a cozy fireplace. Primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom with dual sink and a large bathtub.

A lot of fun coffee places, restaurants, bars, beach rentals, and local markets around it like: Guava Beach, Miss B’s 🥥 Club, Better Buzz Coffee, Olive Cafe, Surfari Surfing 🏄‍♂️ School, Juice Waive, Cheap Beach Rentals and more! Walk to PB, Belmont Park and South Mission Beach.
Paradise location. In the heart and steps away of everything that Mission Beach and PB has to offer. La Jolla is an easy bike ride away as well.

The house is in the heart of Mission Beach that is a peninsula. Steps from the Bay 🏖 in one side and steps to the beach 🏝 in the other side. A lot of fun coffee places, restaurants, bars, beach rentals, and local markets around it like: Guava Beach, Miss B’s 🥥 Club, Better Buzz Coffee, Olive Cafe, Surfari Surfing 🏄‍♂️ School, Juice Waive, Cheap Beach Rentals and more! Walk to PB, Belmont Park and South Mission Beach.
Guests have access to the whole house, garage with laundry and patio. It is a detached single family home with a large patio steps from both the bay and the beach. The garage fits one full size car, SUV, or a Minivan. It is 16x 7 feet. If you have a very large truck WON'T fit. It is a 1.5 car garage since the second spot is short and will just fit a very compact car or a motorcycle.
Stylish, recently remodeled, bright and open space with designated work area and steps from the bay and the beach. Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, bars and beach rentals are walk in distance. Walk to Pacific Beach, Mission Bay and Belmont Park.
If you are going to be around the beach in Mission Beach and Pacific Beach you can get around with bikes and scooters. Fun! :) Mission Beach is really close to the airport (15-20 min). We do not recommend a car if you are staying local. If you want to do some exploring we have a garage that fits one full size car plus one very compact/mini one. It fits an SUV. If you have a large Truck it won't fit.

Great location

The house is in a great location with shops, restaurants, and the beach all within short walking distance. The house was clean and well-equipped and the host was very responsive. We would stay here again if we ever return to the area.

Excellent Vacation House

This house was so perfect for me and my family! We had an amazing time. It was equipped with everything we needed for a great stay from a high chair for our 8 month old to board games and sand toys for our 6 year old. We would love to stay here again.

This house was beautifully updated and in the perfect location for great food and the beach within a minute walking distance! The kitchen was gorgeous and equipped with everything we needed to keep our two little ones well fed. The zoo and downtown are about a 20-minute drive. We did face a couple hiccups like not receiving the WiFi information until our second day and not receiving notice in advance that a plumber was coming to fix the bathtub due to the hosts being out of the country, but understandable!

Great Location & Beach House

Our family has been to Mission Beach for about 10 years over the July 4th holiday, and the location & beach house were perfect. My wife & I brought our 20 year old son and his 2 friends. The downstairs BR, with 1 queen bed, bunk beds and their own bathroom was perfect for them. They could come and go as they pleased without disturbing us. The main floor was very comfortable with a kitchen that provided everything needed.There were a couple hiccups with the tv and fire pit; however, the owner was extremely responsive and happy to assist. We would definitely stay again.

Location ! Beautiful cozy space!

We enjoyed the cozy split level space & the fireplace was a big plus on the rainy days. Easy 2 minute stroll to the beach with so many cafe choices to choose from . Kids loved riding the provided bikes on the boardwalk. We will be back to your lovely condo.

Love the fact that the property is stand alone and not sharing walls or having anybody below or above you. Great deck space for grilling and hanging out. Neighbors are close but quiet. Property was clean and as advertised. Owner is very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Was very impressed with this home. The location was top notch and the home was very well maintained. You are literally steps to the sand and other beachfront amenities. Also, major attractions like Sea World are minutes of a drive. We had a great stay in this beach community and would definitely stay here gain.

Great location and nicely remodeled

The house was beautiful and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked and even had Tupperware, sharp knives and good pans. The beds were comfy- almost thought the upstairs one was going to be too soft for me but it was ok. Family friendly and the cruisers were a nice touch.

Quick walk to the bay or the ocean!

This location was excellent for getting to the bay or the beach side of Mission Beach. What a beautiful and bright spot to enjoy the cool ocean breezes. This is a very attractive and clean place with everything guests might need to enjoy a San Diego beach vacation. A big plus is the garage, so you don't have to find a place to park in the area! Also restaurants, coffee shops and bars are very close and easy to walk to.

We loved our stay at this property- it had everything we could want and was great for our little ones (fenced yard, baby gates, highchair, kids toys). Excellent location near the beach and a couple good restaurants. Quiet neighborhood - one night there was an outdoor house party next door but quiet hours are strictly 10 pm so we called the non-emergency line and the party was shut down in 15 minutes. The hosts were great and very accommodating to an early check in request on a day with rough weather and no where to go. Highly recommend!

Wedding weekend

We stayed at this VRBO because of its location to the wedding venue and that is seems to be one of very few that have A/C. The owners/host accomodated us with our newest 3 month old granddaughter by letting us do an early check in, to which we were very grateful for. The place was immaculate, cozy and all around pleasure to stay in. The location was amazing. A pizza restaraunt was next to us, along with 2 coffee shops & Moe's steakhouse, which was oustanding! It was way better than our last Ruth Chris experience. Overall one of the best VRBO's we have done over the years.

Great place to stay

The house is in a great location very close to the ocean, restaurants and a supermarket, you are 10 minutes from SeaWorld and about 9 miles from the Zoo. Belmont Park is a 20 minute walk or 10 minute bike ride but doesn't seem that long. The house has 2 beach cruisers, Chairs, and boogiboards. You have a nice patio with gas fire. It's really nice to have a bathroom in each bedroom and a flat-screen TV also in every room. The garage will fit a car but not a full size truck. We will definitely stay here again.

Good location, close to everything

There were a couple issues with the property, could have been cleaner, a weird pill on the night stand, hair in the master tub, etc. a little worse for wear with pealing paint here and there. When I first got there, the code to the garage didn't work. Also, photos of the very steep stairs to the main level were not included in the listing. I arrived alone 1st, had 2 very heavy suitcases and 5 bags of groceries to lug up. Also the agents? Owners? Kept having amazon packages delivered to the property, 3 packages in 5 days. Some odd stuff in an upstairs closet, children's crutches, was off-putting when I was looking to unpack. Garage is tiny. Now the good, kitchen has been remodeled and most of everything I needed was there. Sheets were soft, bed was comfortable. Really nice restaurants were within easy walking distance. Easy walk across the street to the beach. Busy area but wasn't terribly noisy late. Felt very safe even when my family left early. The agent/owner was responsive when one of the bikes they provided didn't work. All in all I enjoyed my stay, but probably would not book again.

Thanks for the feedback Sheri! We were able to fix the garage door opener. We know that Mission Beach tends to be close quarters so we try to do what we can with what we have as far as the garage and utilizing vertical space go. We do try to keep the home stocked with supplies via Amazon, and we hope you consider us in the future!

Absolutely The Best!

We spent our kids spring break here and as wonderful as San Diego is, coming back to this house and going to the beach was our favorite part every single day. The house is clean very roomy and comfortable. I felt like I had my won bachelor suit down stairs and one of the kids stayed down there with me in the bunk bed while the other one stayed with my wife upstairs. Oh and the bunk bed is the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. We did not even touch the main bed. And no noise from upstairs or the other way around. We really felt like we were two separate units and both kids slept so well, each with one parent. The location could not be more convenient. One of us could easily run home and bring food/snacks for the kids so they could keep playing at the beach. Plenty of food options around and I loved riding the bike to pick up food. The entire trip was amazing, but this house was a huge part of it. Owners were very responsive and helpful too, but we barely needed them because everything we needed was there. We will definitely be coming back next year. Thank you so much!
