This place lives up to the pictures. Gorgeous kitchen, beautifully tiled bathroom, super comfy king-sized bed, wide open living room - all very spacious. The neighborhood is a dream. Beautiful modern studio unit. Spotless, comfortable, quiet, and perfectly located within walking distance to Pearl Street. Lots of small details that are very thoughtful. Owner however should be more transparent in listing as unit has virtually no natural light. Otherwise, a great accomodation.

While it is true that our rental is located in the lower level of our house (which is clearly stated in the rental description), we do have several windows and glass doors that allow natural light to come in. Many guests have actually mentioned how cozy and comfortable the rental space is, with excellent lighting indoors. Since we first started hosting at this location in 2023, we have received nothing but outstanding five-star reviews across several vacation rental platforms. We strive to be transparent in our listing description and have even provided a virtual tour on the VRBO website to give potential guests an accurate view of the space. We also have numerous photos and clearly state that this is the lower level of our house. We understand that communication is key, and we are always available to answer any questions or address any concerns that our guests may have. We appreciate your feedback and we are also happy that you were able to enjoy the sun-filled front patio area outside our rental, every day of your stay.
