Amazing place to stay in Boulder. You are right on pearl street but still away from the busyness and crowds which makes it peaceful. Having a spot to park is also amazing since most of Boulder is pay to park. The condo itself is upgraded beautifully and has everything you need. It was also extremely clean which is great for us since we have our 7 month old. Can’t wait to visit Boulder and stay here again!

We had an excellent stay! The location is perfect on Pearl Street and is walkable to anything you’d want to see. It’s extremely modern, clean, and comfortable. The high tech amenities are a fun touch, too. Highly recommend this place! Hosts are highly communicative and kind!

This condo is perfect for a small family, location could not be better. It's a smaller complex and it is quiet and feels private. Parking is easy, walkable to all shops/restaurants and CU Boulder. The condo was clean, owner's communication was easy and reliable. Beds comfortable. The lights, toilet and blinds are all on a "smart" system which can take a bit to figure out--but any issues and you context or email the host!
