Just minutes from swimming, fishing, hiking trails, and the charming Big Bear Lake Village for shopping, our cabin is your gateway to endless adventure and serenity. Rent a boat from the nearby marina, go kayaking, explore the Alpine Zoo, or visit Stanfield Marsh Wildlife and Waterfowl Preserve. The possibilities are endless!

Although we do not like fees to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:

Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long-term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.
Do not exceed the occupancy limit. Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult
occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.

The cabin is exactly as depicted in the photos, it was very clean and had a kitchen well stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils. We had a great experience. Great location, isolated but close to everything.

This place gets a 1 star because it is a beautiful layout and great location but please beware if you decide to book. The bathroom shower had hair on the wall, first shower and the shower curtain fell off it's rack. The bathtub was clogged and we found hair on the pillow cases. The worst part was the smell on the couches. Had a weird moldy smell that grossed even my kids out. So needless to say.. we went to the store and bought extra blankets so we didn't have to sleep under any bedsheets or their covers. We also put sheets on the couches just to sit on them. I did message the host but they couldn't get maintenance out till the next day so I just said forget it since it was too late and we were leaving the day after. I've never left a bad review before but I felt it waw necessary to let someone else know what our experience was because if I had known, I definitely would have made a different decision for my family and I.

Great big bear vacation

We very much enjoyed. The location in the house was absolutely amazing. Our only issue was when we pulled back the sheets. There was hair on the pillows, sheets, comforter, and not just a little in both bedrooms. I don’t think the sheets were washed. We stayed up our first night till 1 o’clock in the morning re-washing all the sheets and bedding. The only other thing is there is no fireplace utensils to clean out the fireplace. Other than that, the place was very clean well maintained and really enjoyed our stay thank you very much.
