Private home located in New Town available for 4 week minimum rental. Beautifully landscaped yard with secure private back yard and pool. The home features a modern kitchen with all appliances and granite counter top. The master suite opens onto the pool deck and is furnished with a king size bed and walk-in closet, a private bath with a large shower. Another bedroom also opens to the pool deck area and is furnished with a queen size bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. A second bathroom serves the guest bedrooms. Two walls of the living room have sliding doors that open completely onto the pool area.

Why they chose this property

We had vacationed in Key West several times and decided to purchase a home here in 2008. We looked at 20 houses but couldn't get this one out of our minds. The open access to the backyard and pool just made this home special. We spend January through March here each year,

Privacy of a single home, open walls to private pool and a number of bicycles. This is truly a best buy in rentals.
