The house was in a perfect location for walking, shopping and dining in downtown Jonesborough. It was clean and comfortable with sufficient amenities. We would stay there again.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
The backyard was not usable for our dog while being advertised as pet friendly. The fencing had holes that would have allowed the dog to get out.The from bedroom had damage, a repair maybe, and material kept falling onto the bed and floor. The upstairs bathroom floor moved and we didn’t trust using it for showers. We never heard back from the owner about the backyard issue.
We had a very short stay to attend a soccer game. The home was exactly what we needed to rest from our travels and enjoy a family visit. The home was charming and inviting. Very clean and relaxing!

Thanks so much for the great review! We’re happy you had a wonderful stay.
We enjoyed the small but spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath home for three nights while in Tennessee attending our nieces wedding. It was so well decorated and had a warmth to it that made us immediately happy we chose to land here ! The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms very clean- the towels were wonderfully thick and just added to the all over comfort of staying away from home. Thank you for helping us feel welcome !

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
Check in was an ease. Wit-Fi was available and free. Location appeared to be in a safe and semi-quiet area. Plenty of clean towels, paper towels and tolite paper. However the home needs a very deep clean. The shower on bottom floor had black mold in the tile. The bathroom on top floor appears to need repair as it was extremely soft and looked like either pipes are floor maybe giving from the downstairs? Grass needed cutting and landscaping was grown up.Although property manager sent an email of check-out reminder… I never could get a response to a question I had for our check out (I simply needed to know what to do with our trash since the trash had not been taken off from previous renters). Bathrooms are teeny, tiny. Would have been nice to have some type of area in the house where ladies could get ready for events (hair and makeup). This was difficult since we were only there for a wedding. The home is old and I did see that when I reserved it. It’s very musty and air vents appeared to need changing. My allergies were horrible while at the house.I would definitely recommend a good update remodel; however that’s not as essential as the cleanliness to me. We would have left to stay at local hotel if we had not already spent to much money on the rental. We would not ever stay here again; nor can I recommend in its present condition. Pictures below are of left over trash from previous renters. The ceiling in front bedroom appears to be falling or giving away.
