Quiet home with large yard

This is kind of a busy neighborhood, just 1 turn off a main road, easy to find and easy to get in or out. We are close to everything in just about any direction. The Mall at Johnson City is 5 miles south on SR 36. We have bicycling trails, great roads for motorcycle riding. Lots of history, Tennessee's Oldest town is only 5 miles away. Boone Lake is basically all around us in several different directions.

Nice overnight stay!

This property was as advertised. Good access to everything you would need around the area. The house and property are as clean as a pin and the host has gone out of the way to provide the extras. We would definitely start here again!

Covenient Location, Clean Home

We were visiting our daughter/granddaughter who attends ETSU. It was conveniently located within 15-20 minutes of campus, and the house was immaculately clean. We will definitely use this hiuse again.

Excellent value, Everything you need

The owners were very communicative and warm, the place was clean and had everything I needed. It is near a trailer park but I stayed 5 nights and never any issues with noise or anything else. For the region, based on what was available in this price range, this was one of the best values, in my opinion. Glad I stayed there and I would stay again.

Just right

The curb appeal of the his wasn't great because it's next to a trailer park with a good bit of junk lying in the yards. Beyond that soso initial impression, everything else about the house was great. Very impressive clean. Huge basement with plenty of games for kids of all ages. All the necessary dishes and pots. Had some snacks set out, soap for laundry and dishes,and even had nice soap for the shower. Location worked very well for us being close to family. Theresa was quick to reach out and respond to any questions. Will definitely stay with her again next time we're in the area.

This is an amazing home in a great location, near enough to town without being in town, and even better amenities! The game room in the basement was a hit with the teenagers, and the kids at heart alike. Well stocked kitchen, bath, and laundry supplies made the weekend so much more enjoyable without having to pick up stuff from the store. The complimentary snacks waiting on the dining room table after 5 hours of driving were greatly appreciated! And everything was very clean and tidy! Overall a great property in a great location.
