Great location, easy access to grocery, restaurants, Collegetown. Very walkable to campus. Property was very clean and exactly as described. Bed was comfortable, check in/out easy with very clear instructions. Definitely hope to stay again.

Perfect place to stay! We stayed for an event at Doak Stadium and it was better than we hoped for! Walking distance to stadium, clean well maintained condo, easy check in and best of all a comfy bed and wonderful shower! If we need to stay in Tallahassee again this will be our first pick. Oh and the couch was comfortable as well.

Excellent property! Spectacular location for all game day and homecoming activities. We booked this stay specifically for the walk ability to all the landmarks of the University and stadium that I was participating in as a Chief alumni. The unit was very clean and modern and the complex was quiet. It provided everything we needed and I will definitely book again. Great communication by the host as well. Everything as expected. The only thing I would change is having better utensils. Some had some rust or something. But overall clean and no strong smells. Comfortable bed, easy to access and clear directions for checkout.

Great location in a gated community. I didn't use the pool so I can't speak about it. I used it off season (not football) so it was quiet as far as neighborhood. In the master bedroom, there is a pump that goes off constantly (dehumidifier?) So be aware if that kind of noise bothers you. Host responded to questions in a timely manner. Unfortunately for me, this place was just a little less favorable in comparison to another VRBO I stayed in with my family less than a week prior (missing those home touches like a box of tissues, sunscreen (since TSA confiscates things like that))Otherwise, I recommend staying here.

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. I'm not sure what pump noise you heard, as I haven't received any previous complaints about that, and there isn't a dehumidifier in the condo. However, I'll definitely investigate to see if there's anything that needs attention. The housekeeping team provides soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion as standard amenities, but this is the first time I've received a request for sunscreen. The condo is well furnished, clean, and carefully maintained, and I appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

We had some technical difficulties with the lock, but the host called me back immediately and walked me through it. It was likely user error, but he still helped us out and we got in quickly despite the hiccup. I really appreciated it!
