BEACHES...Relaxing patio while you BBQ!. Great location, drive to all beaches (see map), local activities, shopping & water front restaurants. Roku on TV/High Speed Wi-Fi. Location near Close to St Rd 54 & Trinity. Beaches: Howard Park Beach, Sunset Beach, Clearwater Beach & Tarpon Spring Sponge Docks, 20 minutes.

2. Not suitable for children due to pond.
3. Disclosing: Camera's at entry door and back door aimed at pond.
4. Photo ID REQUIRED of all travelers prior to a total completion of reservation. Will accept, then you text photos of ID to my phone number. If not received within 12 hours, your reservation will be cancelled.
